At FBCS, our teachers create a nurturing environment rooted in love and compassion, mentoring students and modeling God’s grace in their daily interactions. As Christian role models, with a passion for high academic standards, they not only deliver strong instruction across core subjects but also guide students to view the world through the lens of Scripture. 

We actively encourage our teachers to pursue ACSI certification and support continued professional development both individually and collaboratively as a school team. Our experienced educators are dedicated to using multiple instructional strategies to meet students’ diverse needs while fostering a classroom environment rooted in excellence, faith, and purpose.
