The First Baptist Christian School experience is carefully designed to help students grow academically, socially, physically and spiritually. While the academics are rigorous, there is also time for fun and fellowship to be intertwined with the learning. Through interesting field trips, planned and impromptu spirit days, academic and athletic competitions, varied elective courses and lots of hands-on projects, the students are challenged to apply what they’ve learned and enjoy the relationships and environment God has provided for them.

ACSI Competitions

The students at First Baptist Christian School have many opportunities to compete against other Christian schools through the Student Activities program with ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International). This program seeks to encourage and inspire students toward a standard of excellence in leadership, communication, and performance by enhancing the academic and fine arts education programs of individual schools. It provides opportunities for the practical application and development of skills necessary for confident Christian leadership.
