First Baptist Christian School (FBCS) is a tax-exempt ministry operated by First Baptist Church of Weymouth (FBCW), a charitable organization as described in §501(c)(3)of the Internal Revenue Code. In accordance with Internal Revenue Service guidelines, FBCW maintains discretion and sole control over the use of all donated funds. In practice, FBCW honors the giving preferences for its projects and ministries whenever possible. In rare cases, when that is not possible, gifts will be used where needed. Therefore, donors explicitly consent to this discretion and expressly release FBCS and FBCW from any restrictions on how those funds are spent.
